Level 2 Freediving Course: Master Deep Freediving

Take your freediving to the next level with the Level 2 Freediving Course. This advanced course is designed to refine your skills, improve your technique, and expand your limits. Together, we will focus on optimizing your pre-dive preparation, perfecting your Frenzel equalization, and introducing you to the powerful no-fins technique.

One of the key aspects of Level 2 is learning to freefall, making use of negative buoyancy during deep dives. This technique allows for more efficient use of oxygen, enabling you to dive deeper with less effort. In the pool, we'll extend your static breath-hold comfortably beyond two and a half minutes while refining the skills learned in Level 1.

By the end of the course, you'll have mastered the techniques and knowledge necessary to freedive safely and comfortably to depths of 24-30 meters in open water. Whether you're looking to increase your depth or refine your overall performance, the Level 2 course will give you the tools to dive deeper, safer, and with greater confidence.
