Level 3 Freediving Course – Master Your Technique and Dive Deeper

Our 6-day Level 3 Freediving course in Bali is designed for those who have discovered their passion for freediving and are ready to take their skills to a semi-professional level. This course is the perfect next step for freedivers who want to push their limits and dive safely beyond their residual volume.

We will refine your awareness of potential dangers, helping you develop the mental strength needed to dive deeper with confidence. Alongside equalization, we will work on advancing your mental focus, breath-hold capacity, and stretching techniques to improve your overall performance.

By the end of the course, you'll have the tools and knowledge to safely dive deeper, improve your technique, and understand the physiological demands of freediving at a more advanced level.

Upon completing this course, you'll be eligible to assist in future freediving courses and have the foundation to pursue instructor-level training.
