Level 3 Freediving Course – Master Your Technique and Dive Deeper
Our 6-day Level 3 Freediving course in Bali is designed for those who have discovered their passion for freediving and are ready to take their skills to a semi-professional level. This course is the perfect next step for freedivers who want to push their limits and dive safely beyond their residual volume.
We will refine your awareness of potential dangers, helping you develop the mental strength needed to dive deeper with confidence. Alongside equalization, we will work on advancing your mental focus, breath-hold capacity, and stretching techniques to improve your overall performance.
By the end of the course, you'll have the tools and knowledge to safely dive deeper, improve your technique, and understand the physiological demands of freediving at a more advanced level.
Upon completing this course, you'll be eligible to assist in future freediving courses and have the foundation to pursue instructor-level training.

Passing Requirements
Pool Requirements
STA 3 min 30 sec
Complete a Static breath hold of minimum 3 minute and 30 seconds
DYNB 75m
Perform a horizontal dive of 75m using bi-fins
DNF 50m
Perform a horizontal dive of 50m without fins
Open Water Requirements
CWTB & FIM 34-40m
Perform a comfortable dive to at least 34m by pulling the rope and using bi-fins
CNF 25m
Perform a comfortable dive to at least 25m without fins
CWTB Buddying 20m
Demonstrate correct buddying techniques to a depth between 20 meters
Rescue 20m
Demonstrate correct rescue procedures in freediving emergency scenarios from a depth of 20 meters
Surface Tow 20m
Display correct surface towing technique of a minimum distance of 20m
